Role Summary
We are seeking a result-driven Sales Representative for Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital. The role is responsible for generating OPD, IPD, and therapy admissions, strengthening referral networks, and converting leads into measurable revenue. This is a target-oriented field role with clear KPIs and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary)
? Generate OPD, IPD, and therapy admissions through referral doctors and institutions.
? Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets set by management
? Improve conversion rates from referrals and enquiries.
2. Referral Network Development
? Build and maintain relationships with physicians, psychiatrists, pediatricians, ENT doctors, schools, NGOs, and rehab centers (as applicable).
? Ensure regular follow-ups and sustained referral flow.
3. Field Visits & Outreach
? Conduct daily field visits to doctors and institutions.
? Plan and execute CMEs, awareness programs, seminars, and referral meets.
4. Reporting & Accountability
? Maintain accurate daily visit reports, follow-ups, and referral tracking using Google Sheets / CRM.
? Participate in weekly review meetings.
? Performance evaluation will be based on measurable outcomes, not effort alone.
5. Ethics & Compliance
? Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.
? Follow hospital policies, medical ethics, and compliance standards.
? No disclosure of patient data under any circumstances.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Number of referral visits per day/week.
? Number of OPD/IPD admissions generated.
? Therapy conversions (e.g., speech therapy, high-ticket services).
? Month-on-month growth in referrals and revenue.
Eligibility Criteria
? Graduate (any stream); healthcare background preferred.
?Prior experience in hospital / healthcare / pharma / diagnostic sales preferred.
? Strong communication skills (English, Punjabi, Hindi).
? Comfortable with targets, accountability, and extensive field work.
Compensation
? Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 (based on experience).
? TA: As applicable.
? Incentives: Performance-linked (mandatory structure). Note: This role is result-oriented. Market conditions are considered while setting targets, but continued underperformance will not be justified on external factors alone.
Probation
? Initial 3-month probation with defined KPIs.
? Continuation and increments will be based on performance outcomes.
