We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a positive attitude. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records. Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and organized. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business. Manage stock display and report inventory needs to management. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements

Male/Female candidate preferred. Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream). Experience: 0-2 years in retail sales (freshers can apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a sales-driven attitude. Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity. Presentable personality with confidence. Flexible to work showroom timings, weekends, and holidays.
