This role sits right at the crossroads of sales + patient handling + basic front-desk operations. You'll be the person who ensures leads don't slip through the cracks and every inquiry is converted into a visit or consultation. Strong communication and quick response time are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Call incoming leads, follow up on warm leads, and convert inquiries into clinic visits
Answer all messages on
WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
promptly
Handle front-desk responsibilities: greeting patients, managing walk-ins, maintaining daily registers
Collect and record patient details accurately for the doctors and management
Coordinate appointment scheduling and reminders
Support daily clinic operations so that
sales targets can be achieved smoothly
Maintain a positive, professional experience for every patient
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales, telecalling, customer service, or front-desk work
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Comfortable with social media messaging + WhatsApp Business
Persuasive, quick on their feet, and organized
Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
