Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international logistics, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our freight forwarding services (Air/Sea/Customs/Transportation), developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development

2. Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.

3.Identify potential business opportunities in Sea Freight, Air Freight, LCL, FCL, Customs Clearance, and Transportation.

4.Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations.

5.Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management



1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

2. Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.

Sales Execution



1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

2. Prepare and share competitive quotes based on client requirements.

3. Negotiate rates and terms with clients and internal team.

4. Monitor market trends, competition activities, and pricing strategies.

Reporting



1. Maintain accurate sales reports, call logs, and weekly activity updates.

2. Update CRM systems and report progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education & Experience



1. +2, Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in Sales within the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry (preferred).

3. Strong understanding of export/import processes, INCOTERMS, and international trade.

Skills



1. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

2. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

3. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

5. Result-focused with a proactive and customer-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
