Maintain good relations with the business partners (Travel Agents) and regularly make sales visits to the business partners
Increase the market share
Ensure that all business partners in the region are being regularly visited by the sales force and updated with the latest information about products and services.
Responsible for coordinating the marketing activities in the allocated region
Look for new business avenues in the allocated region
Coordinating and closely working with your manager and Principal companies for achieving targets & getting new business opportunities
Individual responsibility for the achievement of targets assigned from time to time.
Skills Required
Should have experience of more than 3 years in the airline sales field
Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
Strategic thinking and planning to implement the sales plan
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate salespeople.
Ability to delegate responsibilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
