We are looking for Sales represented for our Aluminum and UPVC Doors and Windows manufacturing unit, who will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company's products. Their key duties and responsibilities include:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify potential customers, including builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and project managers.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Convert leads into sales by providing product presentations and demonstrations.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable in aluminum and UPVC solutions.
Offer personalized quotations and negotiate pricing based on project size.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues efficiently.
3. Sales Planning
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead.
4. Product & Technical Knowledge
Understand the technical aspects of Aluminum and UPVC doors and windows, including features, benefits, and installation processes.
Educate customers on energy efficiency, durability, and customization options of Aluminum and UPVC products.
Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure proper customization and order fulfillment.
This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-focused approach.
