Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotions with sales goals.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
