Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage our mobile accessories counter, drive sales growth, and build lasting relationships with retail and wholesale
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
Assist walk-in customers and wholesalers in selecting mobile and electronic accessories
Provide expert product recommendations and promote high-demand items
Build strong relationships with wholesale clients to ensure repeat business
Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
Product & Display Management
Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
Track fast-moving products and customer buying patterns
Business Growth
Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service
Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue
Gather customer feedback to improve offerings and sales approach
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in mobile accessories sales (retail/wholesale preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
In-depth knowledge of mobile accessories, specifications, and market trends
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
Trustworthy, responsible, and motivated to grow professionally
