Role Overview

As a Sales Associate , you'll connect with potential learners, understand their financial learning goals, and guide them to the right mentorship programs. This role is about consultative selling -- not just closing, but helping clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Speak to warm leads (no cold calls) and explain our programs.

Understand learner goals and recommend the right plan.

Manage the full sales cycle -- from first call to enrollment.

Follow up with leads and update progress in the CRM.

Requirements

1-2 years of sales experience (edtech/fintech preferred).

Basic understanding of stock market concepts (trading, investing, options).

Strong communication in Hindi & English.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
