Greet customers and provide detailed information about Ayurvedic and herbal products.
Maintain knowledge of product benefits and guide customers with suitable recommendations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Manage product displays, stock levels, and ensure the outlet is clean and organized.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; a diploma/degree in sales, marketing, or pharmacy is a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years in sales, retail, or customer service (experience in Ayurvedic/healthcare products preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling ability.
Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic and herbal medicines (training will be provided).
