As a

Sales Representative (Chat Process)

, you'll play a crucial role in converting inbound chat inquiries into successful sales. You will engage with potential customers via live chat, understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and close deals--all while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.

(Preference females, its flexible day shift for just 6hrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming chat inquiries from prospects and customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services Convert leads into sales through persuasive, solution-based conversations Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes

Requirements:

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and chat platforms
