to join our growing sales team and drive MaxelTracker's adoption across new clients.
Job Summary
As a Sales Representative at MaxelTracker, you will be responsible for identifying and converting potential clients by effectively selling the value of our employee monitoring platform. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the sales cycle, addressing their needs, and closing deals to expand MaxelTracker's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
: Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
Sales Presentations
: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing MaxelTracker's features, benefits, and how it can help their business improve productivity and efficiency.
Client Needs Assessment
: Understand and assess potential clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to tailor sales pitches and highlight MaxelTracker's unique value proposition.
Sales Pipeline Management
: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and a structured approach to closing sales.
Negotiation & Closing
: Effectively handle negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
CRM Management
: Utilize CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the sales pipeline.
Collaboration with Marketing

Qualifications
Experience
