thinq Assets is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a deep passion for the real estate industry and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and successfully guiding clients through the entire buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and an active presence on social media.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and offering exceptional service.
Property Showings:
Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and answering client questions with detailed knowledge.
Market Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Negotiation & Closing:
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare all necessary paperwork, and ensure a smooth and successful closing process.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the real estate sector.
A valid Real Estate license is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
