. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits, calls, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Ayurvedic, wellness, or healthcare products to doctors, distributors, retailers, or direct consumers.
Visit clinics, pharmacies, health stores, or leads provided by the company.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations and explain benefits clearly.
Maintain records of daily sales activities and client feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and payment follow-ups.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, or marketing campaigns (if applicable).
Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients in person and over calls.
Basic understanding of healthcare or Ayurvedic products is preferred.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.)
Prior experience in sales, especially in pharma or wellness industry, is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
