We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for residential/commercial real estate projects through direct and channel sales.
Generate leads through various sources such as digital platforms, referrals, brokers, and site visits.
Develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
Handle client inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
Conduct site visits and provide professional presentations to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
