We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and persuasive
Sales Representative
who will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients using pre-provided data lists and converting leads into paying customers. You'll be promoting and selling a wide range of our services including social media management, website development, branding and designing, content creation, and product photography/videography.
This position is performance-oriented and suited for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, have a strong sales background, and are results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients using cold calling, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media platforms.
Use the provided data list to consistently pitch ENFNETY's services to businesses, startups, influencers, and brands.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable services, including:
Social media marketing & account handling
Website development & design
Graphic design & branding services
Product photography and video shoots
Digital and physical advertising campaigns
Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and maintain communication with prospective clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures.
Report performance and progress to the sales manager or agency lead.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in digital marketing or tech sales is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of digital services such as social media marketing, web development, and content production.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
Proficient in using communication tools like WhatsApp, Gmail, Excel/Sheets, and CRM (if any).
Fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi (spoken and written).

. If the Sales Representative
fails to meet the minimum monthly sales target
as defined during onboarding, the company
reserves the right to withhold full payment or discontinue employment
. Consistent underperformance may result in termination of the role. This policy ensures that only committed and result-oriented individuals are part of our sales team.
