Job Title: Sales Associate - Ludhiana

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent service. Demonstrate product features and ensure an engaging in-store experience. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability. Maintain store display, stock, and overall cleanliness. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions. Process billing and manage cash/card transactions. Stay updated on the latest Apple products and offers. Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations. Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business. Ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for technology and customer service. Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
