Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for expansion.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the company and the client.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Address client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
Report on sales targets, achievements, and challenges to management regularly.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
