Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Assisting the sales team in identifying and generating new leads through various channels, such as online research, networking, and referrals.

Prospecting:

Supporting the sales team in contacting and qualifying potential customers by making calls, sending emails, and scheduling meetings.

Sales Materials:

Assisting in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and other materials to support the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales activity data.

Market Research:

Conducting market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.

Sales Meetings:

Attending sales meetings and contributing to discussions on sales strategies and performance.

Training and Development:

Participating in sales training programs to learn about the sales process and industry best practices.

Customer Service:

Collaborating with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant software. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
