Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and availability.
Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
Order Processing:
Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with billing and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Follow-ups and Lead Management:
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a client database.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Showroom/Store Maintenance:
Ensure products are well displayed and the showroom is neat and organized.
Assist in stock management and inventory reporting.
Coordination:
Work closely with the design, delivery, and after-sales teams.
Coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for product availability.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Report customer feedback and market trends to the manager.
Customer Support:
Handle basic complaints or queries with professionalism.
Provide after-sales service and support where necessary.
Marketing Support:
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Share marketing materials and offers with potential customers.
