Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound and inbound calls
to potential clients and business partners.
Fix appointments
and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the client database regularly.
Support the business development process by preparing proposals and follow-up communications.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in sales, tele calling, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
in English (and local language preferred).
Strong
negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using
CRM tools
, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
