We're looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to promote Cowlor Paints across the Palghar District. The ideal candidate will actively connect with potential dealers, help expand our distribution network, and play a key role in growing our brand locally.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market Cowlor Paints across towns and regions within Palghar District.
Identify, connect with, and set up dealers and stockists to sell our products.
Maintain daily reporting of fieldwork including dealer visits, follow-ups, and feedback.
Visit our Gholwad Factory/Corporate Office once a week for review, reporting, and to support local promotional activities around Gholwad, Bordi, and Umergaon.
Monitor field activity and coordinate with factory and office teams as needed.
Ensure that local marketing goals are met without needing to visit the factory daily.

What We're Looking For:
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently on the field.
Familiarity with the geography of Palghar District is a big plus.
Experience in B2B sales or dealer/channel development is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
