Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Understand client needs and offer suitable products or services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams for smooth client onboarding.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Willingness to travel if required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [insert industry: e.g., FMCG, Real Estate, IT, Telecom, etc.].
Strong presentation and closing skills.
Ability to handle objections and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
