Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Nutraceuticals company Vie Pharma LLP, specializing in dermatology-focused products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Delhi region by promoting our nutraceutical products to dermatologists and allied healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and generate demand for our dermatology-focused nutraceutical products among dermatologists and skin clinics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations, detailing, and scientific discussions to drive prescriptions. Execute sales strategies and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the marketing team.
Ensure effective territory management and timely reporting of field activities through CRM tools or daily call reports.
Organize and participate in doctor engagement programs, CMEs, conferences, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to implement campaign strategies and promotional materials effectively. Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry, specifically dealing with dermatologists.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma preferred) or Life Sciences.
Strong understanding of dermatological conditions and the benefits of nutraceutical interventions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Familiarity with the Delhi healthcare market, especially skin clinics and dermatology networks. Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
