We are seeking a driven and dynamic

Field Sales Representative

to join our growing FMCG team. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our consumer goods products to retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in your assigned territory. This role requires frequent travel, in-person visits, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure product visibility, brand presence, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers regularly to promote and sell FMCG products Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf positioning in stores Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering with clients Develop strong relationships with store managers and purchasing teams Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence Organize product promotions, in-store displays, and sampling campaigns when needed Ensure compliance with pricing, branding, and merchandising guidelines Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports using CRM or reporting tools Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG sales or similar field role Strong knowledge of retail operations and consumer buying behavior Excellent negotiation and communication skills Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred
