SALES EXECUTIVE FOR CENTRAL MUMBAI Role Definition: Sales executive would be responsible for promoting all products of the company, cover Retail stores and Grooming Salons in the designated area, collecting and passing orders. Responsibility Deliverable: 1) Promoting and selling different brands and products of the company. 2) Develop existing and new markets for revenue generation. 3) Follow up on overdue payments and collection of payments due from market wherever required. 4) Feedback on competitive companies and new product introduction. 5) Making monthly tour plans so as to cover maximum customers. Tasks & Activities: Sales & Product Placement: 1) Ensure a maximum product from company\'s range is purchased & display at a strategic place for high visibility. Benefits to Customer: 1) Explain product benefits over competitors. 2) Explain product contribution to store profitability and easy to sell product range over competitor\'s. 3) Advantage of Wide Range of Quality Products Meeting Targets: 1) Minimum 7 to 8 quality calls per day with order\'s across product range. 2) Realize customer potential & extract maximum orders. 3) Weekly review of sales vis a vis Target Market Feedback: 1) Understand customer needs and problems if any and inform office. 2) Competitor\'s activities or new product introductions feedback. 3) Product related feedback. Skills: 1) Relationship & Rapport building skills. 2) Persuasion skills for getting prominence in display and orders. 3) Product and sales analysis skills. 4) Selling & communication skills.
