Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell the company's educational programs and services to prospective clients (students, professionals, institutions). Respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, emails, and social platforms. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on previous inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding course structure, pricing, certifications, and benefits. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress on CRM tools. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participate in promotional activities, webinars, seminars, or marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign success. Assist in resolving client queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of proven experience in telesales, academic counseling, or B2C/B2B sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and basic digital tools.

Preferred Qualities:



Experience in the education or edtech sector. Knowledge of civil, architecture, design, or finance-related courses is a plus. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
