Job Title: Sales Executive / Telecaller : We are looking for a Sales Executive / Telecaller who can handle customer calls and convert leads into sales. Responsibilities: Call potential customers and explain company products/services Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers Fix customer meetings for the sales team Understand customer requirements and provide correct information Maintain daily call and lead records Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with sales team and manager Update customer data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheet Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language) Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling Ability to convince and close deals Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Experience in Telecalling / Sales preferred (Fresher can apply) Working Details: Working Hours: 9-10 hours per day Daily Calls: As per company target Meetings: Minimum daily/weekly meetings as assigned Location: Office / Field / Hybrid (as applicable) Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives Extra incentive on target achievement
