Key Responsibilities:
Handle
on-site and office sales activities
for residential / commercial real estate projects
Coordinate and manage
JV partners and Channel Partners (CPs)
effectively
Generate business through
Channel Partner network and direct clients
Conduct
client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
to close deals
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and follow-up data
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Required Skills & Competencies:
