As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling products or services to new and existing customers. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales goals.
Duties
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
Upsell additional products/services to existing clients
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Knowledge of various sales techniques and pipelines
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in technology sales, sales management, business development, account management, direct sales, inside sales, territory sales is a plus
