We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within company guidelines
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies
Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (industry-specific experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications
Preferred Skills
