Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present and promote company products/services to potential clients. Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and market competition. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management. Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, and repeat business. Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word). Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in [industry type--e.g., telecom, insurance, real estate, BPO, etc.].
