Sales Representative
with strong knowledge of the
real estate industry
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage clients from inquiry to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle property inquiries and provide complete project details to clients.
Conduct property visits, site presentations, and client meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Negotiate and close property deals confidently.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and property rates.
Coordinate with marketing and back-office teams for lead follow-ups.
Requirements:
Age:
30 to 45 years
5 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
(Residential/Commercial Projects).
Strong knowledge of local property market and sales process.
Excellent
English and Hindi communication
skills.
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
Salary:
As per interview -- will be decided based on experience and skills.
