We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Executive Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by
identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals

This role requires a
self-motivated sales professional
who understands the IT rental business, can align solutions with customer needs, and consistently meets sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and persuasive sales presentations.
Draft and present sales proposals customized to client requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and support lead conversions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and generate regular sales reports.
Stay updated on the latest IT products, rental trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that fit client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, sales or a related field.
Proven experience in sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver impactful sales pitches.
Hands-on experience with
CRM software and sales reporting tools
.
Ability to conduct effective market research and generate qualified leads.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Basic to intermediate understanding of computers, IT products, and rental solutions.
