Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with
highway consultants, engineers, project managers, and construction companies
.
Liaise with
government and institutional clients
such as
NHAI, MPRDC, PWD, and Smart City Projects
.
Generate new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
Maintain regular visits to project sites, offices, and institutions to ensure visibility and continuous engagement.
Provide feedback from clients to management for product and service improvement.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferably in Business/Engineering) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in
infrastructure / road safety / construction materials sales
will be an advantage.
Willing to travel extensively
across assigned regions.
Must be
hardworking, disciplined, and goal-driven
.
Should be
presentable
, with confidence to interact with senior officials.
Must own a
two-wheeler or four-wheeler
for daily commuting and client visits.
