to interact with clients, present our services effectively, and build strong relationships. Both

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Explain Talent Glider's services clearly and persuasively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable service solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends and client requirements.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client engagement is a plus.
Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
