The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting A2E Hallways' interior and exterior design services. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
Promote and present A2E Hallways' interior and exterior design solutions to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to provide tailored proposals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and site visits.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Regularly report sales performance and market insights to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of interior & exterior design industry will be an advantage.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, and basic reporting.
