Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads from platforms such as
IndiaMART
, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with potential clients via chat, calls, and messages.
Convert leads into sales through effective persuasion and negotiation.
Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or sales (especially through social media or IndiaMART) is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
and
local language(s)
.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
