Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as
Contract-Based Sales people
to support our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, pitching our products/services, and closing sales to meet defined targets.
Please note:
The fixed compensation of ?25,000 will be applicable only upon achieving a minimum of 400 calls per month.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling and online research.
Sales Pitch:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Relationship Management:
Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Sales Reporting:
Record all sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM.
Target Achievement:
Meet the assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Closing Sales:
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring revenue generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Note:
This is a
contract-based role
with performance-linked compensation.
