About the Role



We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric

Experience Center Executive (Sales Support)

to join our dynamic showroom team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales, interiors, or design--who thrives in high-engagement environments and values structured work processes.

You'll be the

first face

customers meet and the

steady hand

behind order coordination, follow-ups, and after-sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Engagement:

Greet and guide walk-in customers with a professional and welcoming approach. Understand their needs and showcase the product range accordingly.

Lead Management:

Handle inbound leads from digital platforms. Call, qualify, invite, and follow up on potential customers systematically.

Order Support:

Assist in preparing basic order forms and maintaining sales documentation under the guidance of the EC Manager.

Dealer Coordination:

Liaise with designated partners and dealers to check product availability, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on execution status.

Daily Reporting:

Maintain daily reports, update CRM tools or MIS spreadsheets, and support documentation required for internal audits.

Program Enrolment:

Assist in onboarding influencers like architects and interior designers into our exclusive loyalty initiatives.

Reputation Building:

Encourage and guide satisfied customers to share their experience via Google reviews, enhancing the showroom's digital credibility.

What We're Looking For



1-3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a showroom, retail, or B2C environment Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and comfort with CRM-style tools A polished, professional presence with a service-first mindset Willingness to learn and follow structured processes with discipline Background in tiles, sanitaryware, modular kitchens, or interior design is a

plus
