Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound leads
for digital marketing courses
Counsel students and working professionals about course details, curriculum, and career opportunities
Understand student requirements and
convert leads into enrollments
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and admission goals
Maintain lead data and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly
Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for smooth onboarding of students
Attend walk-ins, demo sessions, and counseling sessions when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong
communication and convincing skills
(English & Hindi preferred)
Basic understanding of
digital marketing concepts
(SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
Experience in
course sales / education sales / telesales
is a plus
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
