Syncworks Technologies Private Limited

is a fast-growing fintech solutions provider specializing in

eNACH, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), UPI Autopay, and digital payment automation

for cooperative banks, credit societies, and financial institutions.

We are looking for a

highly motivated B2B Sales Executive

with hands-on fintech or banking sales experience to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Drive new sales through

cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, and in-person client meetings

.

Visit Cooperative Banks, Mutually Aided Thrift Societies, and Credit Societies

to understand their operational challenges and business requirements. Build and establish a

strong on-ground network

with decision-makers such as CEOs, Managers, and Board Members. Identify and acquire new B2B clients for fintech solutions including

eNACH, UPI Autopay, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and other add-on software products

. Proactively

identify new sales opportunities

by building fresh contacts and pitching

cutting-edge fintech solutions

. Act as a

single Point of Contact (PoC)

for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Manage the

complete sales lifecycle

-- lead qualification, requirement gathering, demo, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Conduct

product demonstrations and presentations

tailored to cooperative and society-based institutions. Maintain and track sales pipeline using

CRM tools

, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups. Work closely with

product, onboarding, and support teams

to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. Stay updated on

industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes

to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills



2+ years of experience

in B2B sales (Fintech, Banking, Financial Services preferred). Prior experience selling

eNACH, LOS, payment automation, banking software, or APIs

is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills in

Marathi, Hindi, and English

. Comfortable with

field visits and relationship-driven sales

. Proven ability to

achieve sales targets and close deals

. Excellent

negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

. Ability to manage

multiple clients and parallel sales cycles

. Basic understanding of

digital lending, banking operations, and compliance-driven products

is a plus.
