Sales Associate - Insulating Varnishes (B2B Sales)
Location: Home-Based (within assigned region)
Travel: Extensive field travel + quarterly review meetings in Delhi

About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Associate to handle B2B sales of insulating varnishes, impregnation resins, and wire enamels.
This is a field-driven role involving factory visits, OEM engagement, technical sales, and territory development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B customers (motors, transformers, coil winding, OEMs)
Conduct factory visits, application discussions, sampling & approvals
Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth
Maintain CRM records, sales reporting & documentation
Coordinate with production, dispatch, QC, and finance teams
Share market insights and competitor updates
Required Experience & Skills
2-5 years B2B industrial sales experience (chemicals / varnish / paints / coatings preferred)
Experience selling to factories / OEMs is essential
Fluent in English | Marathi speaking mandatory
Must have personal vehicle + valid driving license
Laptop / smartphone with good internet
Strong MS Excel, Word & CRM skills
