Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Representative to identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating deals, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM)
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
