Position: Sales Representative

Location:, Pune

Role Objective

To convert leads into confirmed bookings, efficiently manage OTA platforms, maintain clear guest communication, and coordinate reservations with the front office team.

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Hospitality, Marketing, or Business preferred) Additional certification in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage
Work Experience

Minimum 1 year in a sales/reservations role within hospitality, travel agencies, or service sector
Language & Communication Skills

Fluent in English and Hindi (both verbal and written) - Mandatory Marathi - Preferred for local guest interaction Excellent phone etiquette and guest communication skills
Skills & Attributes

Strong sales acumen with persuasive ability Confident, courteous, and quick-thinking Proficient with digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Email) Familiar with basic computer operations and Property Management Systems (PMS) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly responsive to guest calls/messages at all times
Availability & Flexibility

Willingness to handle guest calls during weekends and holidays Must be reachable outside resort's operational hours (8 AM - 8 PM) for urgent lead closures Should reside within a reasonable distance or be available remotely with a stable internet connection
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
