Swapnyog Infra India Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Representative to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to clients
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers
Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Coordinate with CRM and sales support teams
Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or HSC passed (any stream)
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in a target-based environment
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate sales or field sales
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
