Position: Sales Representative

Location: Mumbai (On-site) | Full-time

Compensation: 20,000 - 35,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive membership growth and deliver

exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, promote gym

memberships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential members, conduct facility tours, and explain membership
options.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and memberships. Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure high member satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to support marketing events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills. Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to commute or relocate to Mumbai.
