Sales Representative / Sales Executive
to drive revenue growth across its media, branding, digital, and real estate-focused platforms. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, solution selling, and coordination with editorial and marketing teams to deliver value-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell media, branding, advertising, and content solutions offered by Urban Acres.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporate clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with editorial, digital, and design teams for campaign execution and delivery.
Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and follow-ups.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (media, real estate, or B2B sales experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
