Job Summary

Skinovate is hiring a

female Sales Representative / Client Counsellor

to be stationed at Skinolouur salon, Pimple Saudagar. The role involves counselling salon walk-in clients for dermatology and aesthetic procedures conducted by qualified aesthetic doctors, arranging consultations and procedures, and selling Skinovate skincare products at the salon.

This position is fully controlled, managed, and paid by Skinovate.

The candidate will

not

be an employee of the salon owners.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel salon walk-in and referred clients for skin, hair, and aesthetic procedures. Explain treatment options, pricing, packages, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care. Convert enquiries into confirmed doctor consultations and procedures. Coordinate appointment scheduling between clients and aesthetic doctors. Promote and sell

Skinovate skincare products

at the salon. Guide clients on correct product usage and treatment-related skincare. Maintain basic records of enquiries, consultations, procedures, and product sales. Submit regular sales and performance reports to Skinovate. Follow Skinovate SOPs, pricing policies, and ethical counselling standards.
Reporting & Control

Reports

directly to Skinovate management

. Salary, incentives, targets, appraisal, and disciplinary actions are decided

only by Skinovate

. No HR, salary, or performance control by salon owners.
Working Hours

Timing:

12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (as per salon working hours)
Eligibility Criteria

Gender:

Female (mandatory)

Education:

Minimum

10th pass

(higher education preferred)

Experience:

Experience in dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, salons, or healthcare sales preferred Freshers may apply if they have strong convincing and communication skills
Skills Required

Excellent convincing and persuasion skills (most important)

Clear communication and confident counselling ability Sales-oriented but ethical approach Client-friendly and professional personality Willingness to work with targets Interest in skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments
Salary & Incentives

Salary:

?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives applicable Salary and incentives decided and managed
