We are looking for smart and enthusiastic candidates with effective communication skills to handle sales and service activities for our online training programs. The role involves converting inquiries into enrollments through proactive calling and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound tele-calls to all leads provided for various online courses
Handle initial conversations, assess requirements, and shortlist prospective leads
Provide accurate information about all courses to potential leads over calls
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups to improve conversions
Forward qualified leads to the Counselor for final closure
Generate referrals from prospective and enrolled candidates
Maintain and update lead databases and follow-up records
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills
Ability to nurture and build relationships with leads
Confidence in sales conversations
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
